Request deletion of your CareerController account

How to request deletion

1. Open the CareerController app and sign in if you can.
2. Go to Account or Your Data and choose the delete or close-account option where available.
3. If you cannot access the app, submit the form below or email glenn@staffinggroup.co with the subject “CareerController account deletion”.
4. Include the email address or sign-in method used for the account so we can locate it. Do not include your password or one-time codes.

Data we delete when your request is approved

• CareerController account profile details and account preferences that identify your account.
• Candidate profile draft fields, home location preferences, job preferences and visibility settings.
• Saved jobs, job alerts, matched-job activity, candidate action receipts and private organisation follows where they are tied only to your account.
• Support messages, app feedback, message/report receipts, interview request summaries and invite-related app records where deletion is permitted.
• Avatar, CV, resume references and uploaded media controlled by CareerController where the retained copy is no longer required.

Data we may keep for a limited period

• Security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, audit and legal records that we must keep for a limited period.
• Transaction, consent, unsubscribe, suppression, backup, dispute, tax or regulatory records where retention is required by law or platform policy.
• Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
• Records already required to honour a suppression, unsubscribe, safety or do-not-contact request.

Retained records are kept only for the period needed for legal, security, audit, backup, suppression, dispute-resolution or operational reasons. Backup copies may persist until normal backup rotation completes.
